      Motivation issues

I really want to have a lucid dream , I really do... But I just can't get myself to do stuff like thinking about it all the time or repeating mantras or trying to remember dreams... I kind of lost my motivation.... I know this is a stupid question , but...
How can I get a lil bit more inspired to do this?

I struggled with this even while having great lucid dreams I got back into it a while ago and now I'm going strong. Here's some advice, don't try to be inspired it will always eventually wear off see it as something you have to do like homework and don't think you're too good for it. Get into a routine and do it because you have to not because you want to.
"For a long time it gave me nightmares, having to witness an injustice like that. It was a constant reminder of how unfair this world can be, I can still hear them taunting him. 'Silly Rabbit, Trix are for kids!'... How come they just couldn't give him some cereal?"

The one thing that keeps me going is the fact that in the dream world there's no limits to what you can do. It's your world, created by you for you. And there's no consequences for your actions.

I don't think you should force yourself to do RC's. It won't help if you're not mentally interested in what you're doing. You have to realize what you can accomplish by doing it. And just do it. Think about what you will achieve.

Oh and I'm not saying you have to do absolutely everything you can to achieve a dream the only things I do are writing down my dreams and a random rc every now and again. Find a routine you like and stick to it. If you want to PM me about specific stuff you could do feel free.

I think everyone struggles with this. I know I do. Just try not to focus too hard on it. Do a reality check once and a while. There's no pressure to take a ton of time and energy out of your day for it, because that just makes it a chore.

and won't go hardcore. I'll try waking up early in the morning to try WBTB here and there and lots of DILDs. I am also going to try and build myself a daily routine I like as ooflendoodle suggested. Thanks everyone!

A new technique always gets me inspired to atleast try it. you just have to find your style of going lucid then perfect it along the way until it is your idea. namaste.
