      No control at all

so, I am having a problem in the last week, where my last 2 lucid dreams have been an 80% on this chart http://www.dreamviews.com/f11/levels-lucidity-36173/. Last 2 were dilds, and I realize I am lucid, and cease to be able to do anything. I can think clearly and know what is happening, but I feel as though I am just floating in space, and cannot control my limbs move about or really anything, and eventually I just get bored and wake up What is the best way to maybe not have this problem?

First, I just want to provide my own input on the scale you're using. The chart claims that the higher the percentage goes, the more control you have, but this isn't the case. You could be 100% aware in a dream with absolutely no control, or semi-lucid with great control. Dream control does not necessarily increase with awareness within the dream; sure, you know the implications of being in a dream more, but this doesn't necessarily mean the dream will obey you any better - I've been superlucid with poor control.

When you become lucid, what do you think about? If you're thinking of your physical body, the fact that you're actually asleep and in sleep paralysis as to not act out your dreams, then stop doing this. Your dream body is in no way connected to your real one. Also, what are you feeling? Excitement can cause weird things to happen to your dream body, which may include the inability to move (along with waking up from the rush of excitement). Take a few moments to feel your dream body and imagine sensations associated with moving your arms, legs, hands, and anything else. Imagine how gravity acts on your limbs when you move them upwards. Things like that should help.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
