Background: I've been trying ADA lately. It's been about three days since I decided to use this form of DILD, and the first day was relatively easy. Whenever I got the urge, I tried to notice everything I possibly could and heighten some of senses. It was easy at first but got progressively harder as my day went on. The second day I had a lot of problems being aware but still managed to do it a few times even though I tried all day. Today I've done it sparingly and it seems like it's getting a little easier or I'm at least learning the ropes. I've tried noticing NEW things every day.
Problems/Questions I have yet to induce a second lucid dream, but my dreams are becoming mildly more vivid. Is this a sign of progress?
Obviously everybody is different, but how long can I expect for this ADA technique to start kicking in? (I understand this is a bad question)
I need more tips on ADA. How do I know I'm doing it right?
P.S. Any motivation you guy's can offer would be amazing, I'm starting to become discouraged as I have only had one LD. The motivation thread isn't really doing it for me anymore
