I do sporatic awareness throughout the day. Personally I think the name "All Day Awarenss" is a bit misleading as that's impossible. I find drawing attention to my awareness just a few times a day very useful though. My advice would be not to try too hard or it just gets frustrating. |

I don't think very many people DILD every night. I'm sure the more awareness you practice the better so long as you don't do so much you get frustrated. |

Like the ancient question "if a tree falls in a forest with nobody to hear it, does it still make a sound when it hits the ground?" or, more recent, "Does the light even exist anymore when the refrigerator door is closed?" |

Spoiler for Dream Goals:
All the motivation you need is - you had a lucid dream, you are now, whether you like it not - OFFICIALLY a lucid dreamer |

The only 'awareness' exercise I do these days is five minutes before bed. This is probably because awareness is so ingrained with my daily consciousness. Deep relaxation techniques combined with visualization helps me enter non-REM dreams lucid. |
