I've been trying to lucid dream 6 months and havent gotten one, ive been trying ADA but I never get past a week before i either forget or whenever i do feel to check im taking a test (actually missed a few LDs cause of this habbit.) But i was wondering if a constant 3 weeks of ADA (probably after midterms) doesnt work, if either of these would work or if theres already guides for them.

The first one is making walking a Dreamsign so whenever you're walking alone you automatically are constantly checking to see if its a dream.

The second one is if i could get my subconscious to tell me im in a dream. I've heard people getting into LDs by a DC telling them they were in one, so i was figuring if i tell me mind to wake me up when I dream (thats MILD right?) then i wouldnt have to do any work.

Just wondering, it gets exhausting failing every night. any help is really appreciated.
