Sounds like you were concentrating on ADA, which is a very good thing, but yo have not done a lot of MILD. MILD is when you tell your mind to get you lucid. You should also throw some reality checking into the mix. For me, dream signs have never worked, but they may for you. Just be aware, that you may miss an oportunity to become lucid, if your dreamsign doesn't show up in your dream. So i would recommend not associating reality checks just with one activity/dreamsign. |
