Thread: A Simple Way I Increase Number of DILDs

So you breathe in "I am" then breathe out "dreaming" ?
And hm, I've done some techniques like this, I'll try it though :3

That is the basic idea, but I sometimes change it up a little. Some times, I use "Thanks for" "this dream" or "This is " "a dream"
Stick to one phrase for a few days though. You are trying to imbed the thought in your subconcious, so it may take a few days to get great results.
