If your eyes are bugging out like this, you are already asleep. It is time to enter a dream. Direct your attention away from your body, and into a dream scene. The weird sensations in your body are going to be distracting, but be patient and persevere. Imagine a new dream scene, with a new body for yourself. If you bounce back and forth a few times, don't worry. With your racing heart, you might even feel like you have ruined everything, and are now totally awake. You are not awake. Don't be fooled. If you've made it this far, you just need a bit of patience to make the last jump. Sometimes I get two or three rounds of vibrations, racing heart, body distortions, ect, before I can enter a dream. Just be patient.
