Hi! I'm kind of new (look at my join date) and I haven't had any LDs yet. One reason is every time I do WBTB and WILD, I will fall asleep to soon. I usually fall asleep around 11:30 and set an alarm for 4:40. (How is that in regards to time?). I usually get back in bed after a minute or two. I'm kind of afraid that if I stay up for like 15 or 30 minutes that it won't work. Also, what should I do in that time that I am awake.. should I avoid bright light?

In regards to MILD, are the techniques suppose to seem easy and like there is not much involved to them?

I keep a paper dream journal (although I haven't updated my DV DJ lately), but is it better if I record everything about the dream, or is it just as good if I record points of the dream and let my memory just remember the rest?
