    Thread: How do you wake up naturally for WBTB?

      I never do the WBTB anymore. I have found DEILD to be much more effective. What's the difference? DEILD begins with a dream that arouses you which places you at an excellent starting point as long as you do not get out of bed. WILD is a shot in the dark. So,my advice would be to wait for a dream to wake you up and not worry about it.

      Very true, but DEILDs are hard when starting out. At least in my experince.
      157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.
