A lot of people say that it is better to wake up naturally so you aren't rudely awoken by an alarm for WBTB. I can also agree on that from my experiences ^^

I know about autosuggestion, but for me it keeps me awake as I'm falling asleep at night. But when it does work, it works 30% of the time for me. :/

I also know that you can drink water before bed time so you will wake up later. This usually works, but I think it depends on the amount I drink. But lately when I have tried this, I sleep the whole night through and don't wake up a single time.

Is there anything else I can try?
