I'm new here and my first lucid was an accidental DILD... so I came on this site looking for more and started off combining all day awareness and doing reality checks throughout the day but it didn't seem to go into my dreams. (maybe I didn't do it long enough)
Lately, I've been trying DEILD and I believe it's the best technique for me personally. Only because I'm pretty impatient and I cbf'ed doing ADA and checks throughout the day after a while. But yeah, like people have said, all comes down to the specific person I guess.
