I've been wondering... Is it possible to aid your ability to lucid dream by sketching out your visualizations? I don't mean huge, beautiful, gorgeous art masterpieces. I mean like... Say you visualized an enormous castle looming over the cliff-side, waterfalls rushing down the steep edge. You would then draw a simple attempt at a castle with some waterfalls on a cliff. Then possibly, slowly add detail as you visualize more things until it becomes a fairly detailed drawing.
I also had another idea along the same lines of the first one. Would it be possible to aid your ability to lucid dream by writing out visualizations? For example, I'll use the previous idea.
"The enormous castle loomed over the steep, rocky cliff-side, casting a dark shadow over the land. Before me lied a path down to a sandy beach surrounding the gigantic lake. Whitewater rapids rushed and gurgled down the cliffs alongside the castle, which had an old air to it. They split into multiple waterfalls that dropped down into the lake."
So what's your guys outtake on these ideas?
