I totally get what you mean. Especially about the falling asleep and seeing your thoughts play out. Ill have to try demanding Lucidity next time this happens.
      I Dreamed a Dream
In it, saw people I've never seen
      Gone places I've never been
And done things I'd do again.

Sounds like you are describing a WILD. You keep thinkingand keeping your mind aware until you realize you are in a dream already and you are lucid.

I have a different phrase - I keep saying "when I see my room, I get up". And when I see my room, I realize I'm dreaming and lucid.

Is it considered a wild.I think it was more of dild, because I was like in the begining I was like 'is this a dream'? And then I thought the thing I said must have worked, but I think it was a dild because wilds are usually more realistic and I am still learning how to control cause they are real bad.

Hehe, i know this. This is just a state where you think you are actually physical but you are there in a thresold. I usually have some pictures in my mind, and i literally see that i am in this pictures and then i zoom myself into these pictures and have a direct WILD or maybe mental projection you can say, without any effort whatsoever.

This is usually a state in the morning where i am very tired, yet have difficulties to fall asleep. I often have those lucidity chains there with all kinds of false awakenings and weird projections into landscapes and so on... it is funny
