My dream recall is improving seriously ( 3-4 dreams/ fragments per night) and i want try DEILD now.

let me ask you one thing: i usually awake at 4h30 after sleep to write my first entry in DJ. so, is it better to try DEILD at this time* or should i have an alarm 20 minutes earlier ?

* the implicit question is: when i awake isnt my REM period over, and therefore can i dream again ?
