Just to confirm..
Day 1 and 2, as mentioned I was Lucid,
Day 3, tried to WILD (Bad Move), just fell asleep, no lucid
Day 4, tried technique again as with Day 1 & 2, lucid!
Day 5, Sleep pattern got wrecked due to events, no lucid
Day 6, Tried the tech again, got lucid! (So surprised considering I totally fucked up the night before, but great!)
Day 7, Sleep totally wrecked again, was up all night watching the huge thunderstorm in England till about 4am, unplugged PC/Phone due to storm worries, so no alarm to get up to
Day 8, Did the tech, got lucid again!
IN CONCLUSION
Every night I try this technique, so far, no matter what happened the days before.. If I sleep,wake,nap,and wake again at the set time that seem to work for me, it's a lucid DILD, everytime.. Without any effort or thoughts of DILDing or mantras, it just happens..
And every night I don't abide to this ^ I don't even remember a dream lol..
