Thanks Micael, NyxCC, Scionox, Bobblehat, VagalTone for the encouragement

I have just read something about caffeine/coffee affecting sleep and lucid dreams.. I thought it would be bad, because I know it can cause you to have less sleep/rem or something (forgot now)... But I just read that some people have better LDs when they have caffeine, and come to think of it, when I wake up at 6:20am, some mornings I had coffee, some I didn't... I bet that there is once again another pattern in there, perhaps when I have the longer more lucid ones, I DID or DIDN'T have coffee..

I will put this to the test..

Keeping my tech/schedule the same, I will have one variable, the coffee..
And I shall see how this affects my lucids..

Next thing I'm going to be trying is the affects of binaural beats.

And I will start to try and have some WILD sessions in the new few nights..
Full ones at the start of my normal core sleep... Just to experiment, I've gotten so close before and reading something that MasterMind wrote a few days ago.
Whenever you feel a non-physical sensation don't try to transition, just open your eyes and get up!

And reality check!
Find it here : 100% of Your NP Sensations Are FA:s - Dream Journals - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views

So yeah!
Lots to think about and experiment with

And remember whenever we have a random great lucid, it's probably for a reason.. Start looking!
As I said, If my girlfriend didn't notice what I failed to... I would never of found any of this out!!
