If I am having luck with getting fun LDs and I have nothing else to do, I have spent between 14-16 hours in bed having LDs. I rarely do this anymore as my waking life is often cooler than LDs so I do not mind getting out of bed. |

I woke this-morning, disappointed that I had not had a lucid dream. I decided that I would stay in be until I had one, that I WOULD have one. I went back to sleep, and had one straight away. After I woke up again, I decided that I would like another one, but I lay in bed for 2 hours trying to get back to sleep, and couldn't. |

I'm curious to know what you consider to be cooler than a lucid? (and having the ability to fly, teleport, visit other planets, have your choice of women etc). Have you mastered the art of conscious manifestation? |

i wish i could sleep during the day like that. it can only happen if i'm extremely sleep deprived...otherwise, i get <6 hours of sleep at night and i cannot fall asleep unless i'm absolutely tired. I love the idea and would love to sleep more for the sake of sleep itself, let alone LD's. |

Not really, but I do sometimes prolong my sleep time during weekends etc in an attempt to become lucid. |
