Question Low clarity of dreams. help please

Hello people, i think i know why i don't have many LDs
it's because of my low clarity of my dreams. because
my memories are also in the same clarity "level" of my dreams.
can someone help me how to increase my clarity?

      Stop.
Rub your hands, focus on your hands. Look around, and focus closely on your enviornment. From what I have seen, rubbing your hands together and looking at the dream world will increase clarity and stabilization.

In a LD, stabilize, but for regular dreams, sleep more and try taking a supplement for dreams, like Calea Z. It increases vividness and awareness in LD and NLD.
It is not available in drugstores, but you can buy it from amazon. 50 tablets for 9$. Check a doctor before you use it.
Here is the link to its review, that also contains a link to Amazon where you can bye it:
My Review of Calea Zacatechichi (Calea Z): The Dream Herb
I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

Yes, and do it whenever your dream gets blurry and unstable.

to be honest i don't like to use that supplements that much
that is why i've been training awareness over 5 months.
but i realized awareness and clarity aren't the same thing.
that's why i need a way how to make my dreams more clear.

It does increase the vividness. But if you don't want to use supplements, its ok, you can still have amazing LDs without them
      Happy new year!!

Really, the best thing you can do is initiate the senses - feel objects, smell the air, taste something, etc. However, that's for a LD.

In a normal dream, there isn't too much you can do to make the dream clearer. Unless you become lucid and do things to control the dream, you can't really clear up the dream during it. You can try a mantra, such as "My dreams will be clearer".

If memory's an issue, when you first wake up, lie perfectly still for a minute or two and just remember the dream. Once the memory's clear, write it down.

oh,try to have more sleep. Best and most vivid and clear dreams happen late during sleep. If you do sleep a lot but don't remember vivid dreams, then you should increase your recall

I'm not sure if you're referring to all Supplements or just Calea Z, but if it's just Calea Z you can try things like B6, Melatonin and 5-HTP. Those are natural things you're body needs and and produces. Melatonin and 5-HTP which is basically tryptophan, which is in foods like turkey and dairy products which metabolizes into seratonin(tryptophan is first converted to 5-HTP then serotonin, can't find serotonin supplement so this is the best). Some people just need a little boost, it's a different thing from Calea Z but the same result. B6 helps in the process of converting tryptophan into serotonin. There's a lot of info out there on these and other supplements that are very helpful with the process of dreaming and increasing the vividness and clarity of dreams. I've read a lot of posts by people that take those three supplements and it increased their dream clarity and recall drastically. I just started taking them, currently on 100mg of 5-HTP, 200mg of B6 and 10 mg of Melatonin at night, and so far it's seemed to help. But I also know that I'm missing a lot of what I need in my diet so I know I'm deficient in certain vitamins and minerals. The biggest benefit comes from the B6 I think, because we can't eat enough food to get the amount needed for help with dreaming.

Here's a link to a great post on Yahoo Answers, goes into good detail of how these help and why. Natural Lucid Dream Foods? - Yahoo Answers
