      Should I focus entirely on noticing my False Awakenings?

      I seem to have a talent for False Awakenings - at least if I go to bed at a reasonable time - because last night I went to bed at 11 PM and got up at 7 AM, and I clearly remember that I dreamed about waking up, and this seems to happen a lot if my sleep schedule is decent;
      so I was wondering, should I perhaps invest all my MILD practice on noticing those False Awakening dreams?
      So that for example, I would use a mantra like "next time I wake up, I will check if I am dreaming"?

      Definetly! You can treat FAs as dream signs! You can use mantras, but the best thing for FAs is to make a habit of RCing everytime you wake up. FAs are known to be very precious, because if you have a habit of RCing when you wake up, you can easily become lucid during these FAs. I wouldn't recommend you to focus all your MILD on them, because it is enough to just make a habit of RCing each time you wake up. Indeed, I would use no mantras, and focus all my prospective memory activity for other dream signs, cuz FA are too easy, and only need a habit of RCing every time you wake up. Oh, then no, don't use your preciously needed MILD power on FAs, because a habit of RCing each time you wake up is very well enough!

      I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

      I have lots of FAs and a lot of times I miss them…actually I miss them more often than not. I have been trying to get into the habit of doing an RC every time I wake but it's just not happening for me yet. I remember to do it maybe a few minutes after I wake up or not at all. I would like to know how to get better at getting into the habit of RCing every time I wake up.
