Bluremi, totally agree with your basic message about using sound science, and I'm with you on the curious detox involving black pepper and turmeric, but I'll excuse Blizzardesigns this eccentricity amoungst the rest of his sensible pro-LD guidance. I definitely agree with the good diet and healthy living requirement, and there are some toxins that certainly affect my ability to recall vivid dreams or have LDs and they are alcohol and caffeine. I'm sure there are others. I don't eat much processed food, and I am convinced that simple healthy foods do promote the right conditions that poor diet does not.
Healthy lifestyle (plenty of sleep) and good affirmation are apparently working for Blizzardesigns, and I am not surprised at that.
