How good is your recall? (How many dreams, how long are they, how present are you in them

All sleep studies show that people that have a more consistent sleep pattern are more productive and accomplish more. LDing doesn't force you to have an excessive amount of sleep, just forces you to have a good amount of sleep. I prolly sleep average of 7 hours a night.

Well done your definitely an inspiration for what's possible within a couple years,.. Have you been constant with your practice through the whole 2 years? And I notice mild is your main way to become lucid did it take you long to perfect your mild routine?

Any questions? I would love to answer them!

I don't have a "big secret that everyone missed but me", I did mostly things that you see in most fundamental lists.
wow, 600 lds is a lot to count in 2 years. I guess I would have a lot of questions for research reasons to help others.

One is after 600 Lucid dreams, what did you mostly do with them all? And whats some of the most important things discovered, or interesting things that you have managed. I see you have 61 dream journal entries. which falls a bit short of 600. So I figured you don't write them all down (I rarely have recorded mine until recently this site). I think being such a natural lder. It would have benifits us all if you had logged everything. Not that I'm complaining , I'd still be really interested in your experiences in general and what type of Lucid dreams, and so forth.

P.S I see you have a sort of dream instruction guide there, that shows your opinion on getting Lucid. Though I'm more interested in your Lucids and their contents and the actual log of it. As that's a more comprehensive measure. I'm sorry to say it too but I would take your instruction guide with a bit of a grain of salt. When I look at your guide, what I see is a very different picture of Lucid dreaming than what I have of it. I mean it has some common sense in it, other parts of it, I'm not so sure that is good advice for newbies :/ You have a very direct...sort of approach.

I have less Lucid dreams than you, (rarely have 4 in a night!) though I consistently have around maybe 1 or 2 weekly....so over my lifetime I guess I have had hundreds, and I'm guilty of not recording them. Sometimes I will have a lot at once, other times its more quiet. Though I have come to some very different conclusions about all this than other people. Drastically different. If I was to write a guide on Lucid dreaming, it would be like 95% different to your approach on your guide. Just goes to show individual differences hey.

^^ I rarely sleep more than 8 hours and have tons of dreams and LDs within that period. One need not sleep beyond the norm to experience lucidity-filled nights. In fact the quality of my dreams and certainly my awareness starts to plummet after about 8 hours asleep.

Don't worry, we aren't getting more sleep, only better dreams (less nightmares and more adventures).

You make me want to have an LD so bad right now. It's been over half a year since I last had one, just starting to get into it again.

I know this is way later than when you started the thread, but I have a question: Can you give an example of the most awe-inspiring/amazing/profound things you've seen, or heard/read in a lucid dream? Something that to this day you think 'Wow THAT was a cool thing when that happened.'
Traditional LD methods not working as well as you'd hoped? Give SSILD a try!

Most things that happen in lucid dreams are awesome! I have read the Bible and some Chronicles of Narnia and on the internet (multiple sites). I have fought lots of DBZ characters and some persistent dream characters. I have eaten and smelled foods that don't exist (like cotton candy muffins). I have transformed into a wolf. I have cut off arms and legs. I have become friends with DCs. I have studied. I have gone through puzzles. I have been awesome places that I love like Aincrad (SAO) and Hyrule (Zelda) (Even the music is there!). I have driven like a maniac. SO MANY AWESOME THINGS! I love it!

Oh, you know that your profile pic is actually a time that people use right?

Congrats on your achievements Sensei - it's great to see! I am going at my best speed to follow I think I need to purchase a watch that can give me bleeps as reminders so I can get super seriouse. Could you advise on type of watch...I am reading threw you threads and it's helping me get my Mild clearer - big thanks for sharing so much!

Oh yes on one of your last audio recordings you said you would do something with specific aim of helping folk like me right at the beginning ... Maybe more of a step by step build up of your advise over a few months or so?
