Lucid Dream Goal:
A perfect week!
One week with at least 1 Lucid Dream in every night.
Well, I don't have a really elaborate bedtime routine. Normally, I just prepare my DJ and lay in bed until I fall asleep, maybe thinking about lucid dreaming. I then naturally wake up between 4 and 5 am, depending on the time I go to sleep, and I take a while to write down the previous dreams, go to the toilet and do a WBTB. Then, I wake up naturally again before 7 am, but this time I don't spend so much time awake. From then on, it's all morning naps for a couple of hours. I find getting up in the early hours of the morning to be the easiest way for me to get a lucid now and then. |
