I have not used them, but I understand their nature. The best moment will be during a WBTB. When you get to bed, put the beats on (use properly quality headphones, or have a surround system in your bedroom.) It will help you to either WILD or it will set your brain in a more aware state that it will help you "not to buy" the dream signs and thus, turning lucid. Some beats also will make you actually hear them in your dream, and you will realize you are dreaming. |
