      Question Do I need headphones for binural beats?

      I don't have headphones, but I want to try binural beats lucid induction. My question is are headphones a must in binural beats?

      No it is possible to use well place speakers but they mucst be set at an audible equal distance on both sides of your face and you must be lying on your back for the effect to fully work.

      I agree. The reason why headphones are preferred is that each side produces the sound at a different frequency. If you use speakers, make sure to place them just like dutchraptor said.

      Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
