So far (and that's not very far at all) I've seen results from WBTB and had two DILD's. MILD doesn't seem to happen for me. WILD...well, what can I say about that...I get excited when I hear spurious noises or start to develop visions indicative of the onset of sleep, and when that happens, the whole procedure aborts and re-sets such that all I experience is insomnia. 
If someone could offer me advice on where I'm going wrong with WILD I'd be most appreciative. Although hard, it seems like the single most consistent way for voluntarily inducing a lucid dream. I >>SO<< want to develop that as a skill, but I'm stumped as to how to proceed.
