Im currently reintroducing myself to
Lucid dreaming. So im using basic
Reality checks. They are being done
Regularly while im awake. And have
Started showing up in dreams but
Excitement wakes me upp or changes
The dream.

I used to regularly use a type of wbtb
I think i called it quick back to bed.
Where you find the time you dream at
Night or day and set an alarm that
Wakes you just enough to shut it off
Then you instantly go back to sleep
No break. And try to walk yourself
Back into the dream you just had.

Ive been gone so long i dont know
If that method is even used or called
Something new now.
