Technically, it wakes me up and I must perform WILD. But the WILD only takes a matter of seconds for me in that state. I actually accidentally had my first OBE this way so don't freak out if you hear loud voices or experience other strange phenomena (if you believe in that stuff), just maintain a calm determination.
