Though vibrations are a great sign, I find that it can be really difficult to utilize them because it's so hard to focus on anything but the intense physical sensations being experienced. The only times I have been able to achieve anything with the vibrations is when they occur during sleep. They wake me up sometimes 3-6 hours after falling asleep and are very loud in my ears like you describe. Part of the reason this works for me is because it only barely wakes me up to a point where I'm aware of my physical sleeping body (that's vibrating and ringing loudly) while still having dreams. I've found that I must assume an attitude of apathy toward it in order to be successful. If I try too hard, I lose it. Also, as soon as I notice them I visualize the dream I want to have or a place I want to be. It takes practice and you must figure out what works for you, but that's what works for me. Hope it helps |

Thank you, your experiences sound very similar to what I felt. I was confused when I woke up because I was not sure if I had been awake or in a dream at this point, so I must have been hovering somewhere in between. So when this happens to you, you continue to dream? Or do you wake up and perform a WILD / DEILD? I appreciate the advice |

I have experienced that too. You need to calm down and let everything just be. Say to yourself that it's not part of you, you are just an observer. |

If you feel like it, please take a look at my YouTube channel:

If you don't, hm well have a nice day anyway ^_^
Technically, it wakes me up and I must perform WILD. But the WILD only takes a matter of seconds for me in that state. I actually accidentally had my first OBE this way so don't freak out if you hear loud voices or experience other strange phenomena (if you believe in that stuff), just maintain a calm determination. Good luck! |

They are hard to get used to, I'm not gonna lie. Focus on your breath and realize that you aren't gonna die and it won't last forever. It is actually pretty fun to me. Kind of tests your mental fortitude. Still feels like someone is shaking the crap out of you though. |
