The past few nights I've gotten semi-lucid or almost lucid around 6 a.m. every morning. The problem is, I'm a major morning person. When I start becoming lucid at that time it's so easy for me to wake up and then it's impossible for me to fall back asleep or re-enter the dream. For as long as I can remember I've been an early bird and physically unable to sleep in - even if I'm tired. I immediately start recalling my dreams and thinking about my day. Any tips on falling back asleep, staying asleep, or re-entering a dream in the morning? |
