So, I have been trying to do some WBTB to compact my learning process with lucid dreams as much as possible. However, I find that upon waking up, I have zero motivation to even attempt the WILD whatsoever, and simply end up going straight back to sleep. I understand that I'm just starting out with WBTB/WILD, but is there any way I can possibly re-motivate myself in the mornings? Not only for the purposes of WILD, but also for dream journaling and mornings in general. |
