      Waking up naturally for ssild

      Can I do ssild when I wake up in middle of night rather than 4-5 hours? Otherwise I won’t remember my dreams

      Definitely, I don’t see why not You can do this after every natural wake for increased chances.
      Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is.
