I tried it tonight but the reversed blinking method was rather unsuccessful for me, or maybe I was doing it wrong?.

I was lying completely still and I felt very relaxed but after I had done the reversed blinking for like 10 minutes I felt pretty dozy but I wasn't that tired that I couldn't continue with the reversed blinking . I kept going for like a few minutes more but it felt like it didn't have any particular effect so i stopped and fell asleep.

Felt more like lying still had the best effect of detaching my brain from the physical body, but i dunno. Any suggestions?
