Thanks alot, I`ll continue WILD`ing since this is the method for me.. (sadly) because 90% of my dreams are nightmares , short and violent.
So I can`t really stop and do reality checks when the first thing I see is one of my relatives being mauled to death, or myself falling as soon as I`m dreaming.
I will start a dream journal (which will look a bit like a Stephen King novel - if he were on crack) for my dream recall - and get my damn dream world under control
