What technique will get you from amateur to pro

Hi everyone I am lucidly dreaming 3 months now but my lucids have a small duration , they 're kinda semi-lucid sometimes and I have them like once-twice per week.(With 1 full month of pure dryspell).I started with DILD and now I try to WILD but altough I get to the point where I know my body is asleep I stay there for an eternity and nothing happens.

Is there a skilled lucid dreamer out there to help?
In what technique should I focus?
      Behind those eyes
The vivid scene ,A lucid dream within
      Questioned secrets are revealed
      And everytime
      You can't deny
The lines that trace your skin
      Wounds that never heal

I'm one of the few here who mainly WILDs. The vast majority of my lucids are WILD/DEILDs. I suggest you stick with whatever has been working for you. You should learn a technique that works for you, and then as you practice it the technique will evolve and become more personalized. The more personalized you make the technique the better you will get.
I do think you should try to learn how to WILD though, once you can WILD you can also DEILD and both of those techniques are extremely useful.
Have you checked out lucidipedia the pro section on the right has 10 videos which should help take your lucid dreaming to the next level.

What likestotrip said, you gotta use what works for you, and the only way to find that one out, is trial and error. You have already tried DILD, so give WILD a shot and make a choice.
