Smile The most effective way of getting lucid (and easiest?)

Hi people, i am having floods of dreams, but i never get myself lucid while doing it.

Now how do i make it atleast 50% chance for getting lucid?
Also whats the best exercise to do for dream recall?
And my final question is: Is it dangerous to use bineural waves for lucid dreaming? And does it works weaker when its a mp3?

      Also i got this problem:

When i listen to this stimulating bineural gizmo ding dong hunkerjunk thingie i get adrenaline rushes or atleast very hard beating heart. Sometimes so scared that i need to sleep in my parents room How do i solve that problem. And how do i handle that stimulation thing correctly?

Reply as quick as you can.

Be aware throughout the day, always pay attention to whatever you're doing, and always do reality checks (for DILDs)

The dream journal. Write every detail you remember in it, and your recall will improve gradually.

No, it's not dangerous at all. And if it's a 320kbps mp3 then it should work well.

And how do i handle that stimulation thing correctly?
There is no need to get scared of that, it happens to me too. If I don't pay attention to it, it will go away (the "very hard beating heart")

yellowlights right, keep a dream journal it works wonders. I kept one and now need to get a new one, mine has like 2 months worth of dreams in it and now i can remember much more about my dreams then before. Also if you remember part of your dream, stat to think about it alot throughout your day, that seems to help me alot.

Try Rhytem Napping, there's a almost 100% strike rate if you are able to full asleep and wake up during the alarms. I'm starting to take it serious see how i go myself.

i find WBTB the most effective technique

The evening hangs beneath the moon, a silver thread on darkened dune.
With closing eyes and resting head; I know that sleep is coming soon.

Upon my pillow, safe in bed,
A thousand pictures fill my head,

      I cannot sleep , my mids aflight;
and yet my limbs seems made of lead.
