      Hey Donran Nice poll/thread.

      Yeah my first lucid was a DILD back in '04. I realized I was dreaming right away and I remembered something I read on this site to either focus on your hand or spin to stabilize the dream. I did both and I had a great ol' time. I believe the most common 1st lucid is from a DILD.

      I hope to hear about you getting lucid soon
