1) Do you use a technique such as Reality Check or WILD, etc
2) or do you just get a flash of insight and just know for some odd reason that you're asleep, like it's natural, but no signs or logic pointed this out to you?
What percentage, or how often does one happen more than the other?
And how good are you at lucid dreaming, how many have you had so far? (If you've lost track, say that)
