When is the best time to attain lucidity?

I just woke up at 7 after a 5-6 hours of sleep night... I remember one non-lucid dream which feels like a let down compared to the multiple dreams i experienced last night. So i'm wondering... when is the best time to attain lucidity? If I fall back asleep right now for 3 or four more hours. how likely is it that i can i become lucid in this time?

I'm pretty sure that the early hours in the morning are the best time to achieve lucidity because it's when you reach the peak of your REM. If you fall asleep now you might have good chances of having a WBTB but I can't know for sure.

Well it's actually perfect that u woke up at seven after 5-6 hrs of sleep, got up and are going back to bed, u should have some dreams in your coming hours of sleep if u focus on it, might even get a slight lucid moment

Thanks!! I fell back asleep for another 4 or 5 hours and I got a really long dream... not a lucid one , but still somehow connected to an earlier dream. its super confusing but still good that I can remember a lot.
