synchronicity - The dream signs of waking life.

I wanted to elaborate my view on Dannon Oneironaught's post on making your dreams come true. his post states that : find something simple in dreams that you can repeat in waking life. This increases the pre cog dream awareness. I'm going to take that farther and say that when you start meshing your dream and waking life this way... that you should use dream control in your waking life when this happens.

Step 1: find something simple from a dream that you can repeat in waking life.

i'm going to give you an example from my recent personal history. A couple weeks ago I had a dream that I was walking near one particular fellow that i know, and i had an opportunity to talk to him but i kept putting it off.

The next day I got fired from my family job, which i was doing for work experience to earn the rest of my diploma. since it was a family issue, and that my dad fired me an entire week before i could finish the course. Well.... i was pretty Livid. Later on that day I was on facebook, and that particular person from the previous dream, just happened to be online to chat two.

Step 2: when you spot a waking and dream synchronicity, The universe isn't putting on a show just for your amusement.... Act on it Stupid!

So, I bit my lower lip and said "hi" to this fellow. I acted on it. I began to explain to him my recent situation. and guess what... He left without saying a word... The Prick. I then sent him a message to give him a piece of my mind. As soon as I hit hit the "send" button As if on cue, I got a call from my friend in calgary who said he needed help with work, and was wondering if I could pare a few days to help him. well of course I jumped on it.

i spent the next few days considering my options, start school in calgary, go to lethbridge and live with my aunt until i finish school, stay and work with my friend and see if he could help me find a place.

A couple days later This happened: (quoted from a previous thread)

one morning i was downtown, and hopped the train to kensington to have some breakfast. found a place and ate. I looked at my C-train ticket to see if I had any time left to hop back on the train to make it downtown again. So while I went to pay for my meal, I pulled out the ticket and said that i bought the ticket at 9:03. While I was staring at that the person behind the counter said "that will be $9.03 please". I was shocked.

The next day on the C-train, I ran into a friend of mine from another province on the train. i hadn't seen him since junior high.
And then I found 5 dollars...

when I got home from that trip from the C train. I called my family and worked things out. I'm now almost days away from finishing my diploma.

Step 3 even after all that work and having your mind blown. don't shrug it off as a coincidence, Keep going.

I was almost as if that particular Super WTF episode in my life was preparing me for what was coming next. But that is another story...

Conclusion: Synchronicity are the dream signs of waking life. when you spot one, do your best to interpret and follow it. Use this hand in hand with dreaming as well to speed up the process, by finding things in dreams you can repeat in waking life. no matter how crazy it looks, even if it looks like you'll lose everything, just do it.you'll be damn glad you did.

I've never thought about it that way before...very clever. It works just like a Dream Sign too. You need to train yourself to spot them when they occur, and to take appropriate action when you recognize one (reality check), which will allow you to seamlessly slip back into the stream of synchronicity's infinitely cozy bosom.

I cannot tell you that, That's for you to figure and find out for yourself. But what I can tell you is that you can use your dreaming as a focus point for the law of attraction. Then you can use these steps to eventually manifest what you want.

I do like this slightly different perspective of dannon's idea.

What if your dreams don't look like something you can translate to waking life? Would you just try to act out the general idea of the dream, or wait until you dream of something specific that you can act out? And for those of us who are interested in the LOA, would you ask your subconscious to create a dream related to what you want to manifest? Or do you think that would be too limiting?

for LOA I would focus on what I call my inner world. which is basically the house that I dream in a lot, it's always a bit of every house that I lived in etc. Try to incubate things you want in there. What kind of people do you want in yourlife, what other things do you want? try and incubate those things into your dream home.

The Thymic chakra is where "intent" originates, it is the link between the emotions of the heart and the reason of language. It is what makes you inhale a breath before you speak, since this is where the intent behind the words you are about to speak actually starts forming. So, lets say that your heart feels a certain way about something that it would like to voice. The energy shoots up to the Throat chakra but passes through the Thymic chakra first, giving it a heads up to start getting prepared to speak by drawing a breath - or by stopping the breath to prevent you from speaking. This is why you don't always say what's on the tip of your tongue. This is also why emotions can wreck havoc with your health, as the Thymic chakra can be bombarded by emotions to the point of fatigue. When the Crown chakra speaks, on the other hand, it sends its energy down through the Brow chakra which embellishes it.. The result is creative expression which may or may not be truthful. The Thymic chakra acts as something of a "lie detector" by interfering with energy that is not truthful. This is why we have trouble speaking when we are upset. The flow of energy from the heart is always meant to be peaceful and that's really the only kind of energy that the Thymic chakra "understands".

Just as this chakra acts as a bridge in waking life, between emotion and reason, it also acts as a bridge in dreaming, but in a totally different way. If you have ever had a dream about a person that you would later meet in real life, then you were using this chakra in your dream. If this chakra is open in your "dreaming body" then you will be able to connect your dreams with actual reality, that is, the subject matter of your dreams will be the actual waking world instead of a representation of it. If this chakra is closed in the waking body then the individual will not have the intent to express their emotions even thogh they can feel them and actually know what they want to say. Correspondently, if this chakra is closed in the dreaming body then you will not have the intent to bridge the chasm between dreaming and waking from the dreaming side, to visit this world while you are asleep. One last important point to mention is that there is a certain vulnerability that this chakra has to being manipulated by outside forces while either awake or dreaming. The end result is the same, you end up dreaming somebody else's dream and sharing their intent for better or worse. The symbol for the Thymic chakra in waking is a map rolled up like a scroll, it represents the path of one's life. The symbol for this chakra in dreaming is a pair of wings, representing the ability to cross the chasm of the unknown under one's own power.
