Just one more quick clarification(again): WILD is a technique used to get to LD's, AP's and OBE's. Though using it can be pretty exciting sometimes, try to remember that it is only a means and not an end in itself.

Further more, I have an argument,
I can tell you they are white in real life and are not like a fluffy breathing red carpet wall thingy with yellow dots!
Well, I go to the bathroom and I open the door, there was no toilet, just an empty bathroom.
I exit the bathroom and Intense deep snoring starts to drone on. I used to get this a lot in nightmares, I've learned that the snores are dreaming so I could effectively lucid from hearing them, anyway.
I go to my parents room, being scared, I opened the door to there room and the bed was 2D, wierd. The bed covers where stiff like ply-wood. I saw their faces wide open looking straight ahead, their
face was deformed and blistered. I swear, if they looked at me I would've had a heart attack.
I walked towards my room, the snoring in the back round becomes much harder and much quicker in pase, I felt scared, but alienated is a better word.
walking became much more difficult along with the increasing snoring. I return to the bed and then wake up, still feeling slightly alienated.

The point of this dream can counter argument that I say stuff about how I say astral travel is different to dreaming, I still feel that way but I must be
      open minded to the truth.
This sounds like a standard, slightly lucid nightmare. I've had plenty of similar dreams, as a kid, and they are part of the reason that I got into lucid dreaming. In fact, I used to have a recurring one, where I would be walking back from the bathroom and, just before I reached my bed, the entire room would flip upside down. I would actually feel the gravity shift and everything, and it would cause me to cover my eyes and ears because it was terrifyingly real. Yes, dreams - especially at that age, but even now, at 30 - can be that intense, and seem that otherworldly. Places change and objects move from where they might be in waking life. This is your mind's interpretation of normal, everyday concepts, when you are visualizing them in a sort of superposition (that is to say; thoughts and impulses get mixed and scrambled around, and you often view them in dreams as strange or 'alternate' versions of other things - giving the appearance of being in an 'alternate reality').

The snoring that you heard in the background was likely your own. I've often heard myself snoring in dreams - lucid or otherwise - and it sometimes wakes me up. Lol.

But no, none of this really heavily implies that you are in another physical dimension. To me, it's really just proof of how amazing the dreamscape can be. Like you said, though, it depends on what you believe.

      - I can hallucinate with open eyes before I astral walk
      - when I astral walk I am in the same place where I wake into the astral realm
      - I can see my body in the bed
This is your argument right? I can hallucinate with open eyes before I lucid dream, I wake on the same place I went to sleep and can also see my body, all of these were done in lucid dreams, so now what? I can't argue against your personal experience or beliefs, however using the logic you are using, it is lucid dreaming simply because I have done it.

Everything else you describe ins't half as intense as the SP experiences I hear from a member here, so yeah, just because you have done it and don't hear it often it doesn't means it is special.

Try to go down the AP route which I described in the flow diagram.

PS: The music method I don't think is AP or LD when used with the psychoactive plant. It is really strange by that music replaces the visuals in AP or LD.
also, who is this member I wish to speak to him

I have tried AP before, not as you describe it but have done it, the how you arrive isn't important, it is that you arrive. And even so, LD >>>>>> AP for me.
And snoop, his SP is so freaking amazing, I envied it for a good while, now I don't. Though my demon/monster/spirit/shadow hallucination was easy to annoy.

I must try to take 5-HTP or Melatonin tablets, if it allows me to AP better than I may prove
to myself that I can release melatonin on demand.
5-HTP is basicly serotonin which gets turned in Melatonin.

I do have to admit. The feeling of breathing in water in a dream can be wonderful, though
      AP is more spiritual.

Anyone tried my music method yet? or the Rope method?

Also, funny thing today I AP'd in class was about to go about (open eyed visuals) then
my teacher aprouched me and thought I was on drugs and took me to head teacher lol.
I was really bored and lights were off while we watched a doccumentary, the lights went on.
The headteacher said,"what have you been taking. Cannabis?"
I said "No, I was astral projecting."
Headteacher had a WTF face. Another benifit to AP lol, made my day haha

Do you have to be tired to try this because trying to WILD while wide awake is near impossible.

And at what time of the night do you/should you try these?
      From my rotting body,

      and that is eternity.

Nice methods man .For me LDs seemed to be something really interesting , but one day i accidentally astral projected and now i'm all about that..I can sometimes go there like 10 times every night, though i find it hard not to wake up .. it takes me just a little thought about waking up and i wake up..Astral is such an amazing thing..
      My method is:
Randomly wake up in the night(usually i wake up a lot during the night) roll over or do something , slowly exhale and try to feel like i'm floating and by the time i exhale everything i start feeling extreme vibrations like my body's is being torn apart or hear some music. Then i just roll over(or just wait till "something" lifts me up to the ceiling and literally drop me to the astral plane ) ..
