I have heard of people mentioning "helpers". They help to pull you out either by ankles or shoulders, or perhaps some other way. And they stay with you during your travel, althought the projector most of the time just senses their presence. They don't really like to show themselves.

Just be carefull when asking for help and don't ask just anybody. You did it right, when you invited only entities with your or above your level of development to help. And it doesn't hurt to excude everybody, who is not 'of the light'.

Once I caught my body half way between my bed and the window being dragged by ankles. But I never had and experience with a helper. I guess your helper had something to show you.
