      I'm freaked out to do AP and OBE

      Yeah, I'm completely afraid of OBE's and AP because I read somewhere that while your soul is out, demons could take over your body.. And I have another question. Are OBE's even real? I find the concept hard to believe and also, is it true that demons can take over your body? I know I sound ignorant if this isn't true but I just wanted to throw this out there. I've literally been so freaked out by this so that's pretty much why I am asking.
