Have you ever seen this man in your dreams?

Forgive me if this has already been posted somewhere. I find this subject to be interesting. Have you ever seen this man in your dreams? Ever Dream This Man?

It's a hoax. That site was created by a guy who specializes in viral marketing hoaxes.

I think Man of Shred told me he dreamt of ThisMan. There was another thread on it, I'll look for it.

The mods have closed every single thread on ThisMan, saying that it's a hoax. Even if it is a "hoax", people are dreaming of ThisMan, maybe because of the hoax. What came first, the chicken or the egg? If it is a hoax, I must say, it's remarkable that one person with a viral marketing scheme was able to invent a character that appears in people's dreams.

Now that we all saw picture, we will see him in our dreams I could ask too, did anybody heard of Esika Majiko? (fonetic) I met her only once during my astral travels, but she felt as someone close to my soul.

What came first, the chicken or the egg? This is a very easy question to answer. Other creatures were laying eggs long before chickens were around.

I dreamt of a dream nightstalker/demon by the name of 'J.Wocky' (an obvious reference to the Jaberwocky from Alice in Wonderland) and had to fight him in the dream as if he was somekind of circus strong man. I always wondered if anyone else had dreamt of him before?

If i dream about him i will be fucking creeped, because now i saw him on the page. It must have been a special way he drew it, which maybe your Subconscious responds to. It seems odd. So, what was the hoax about? What was he trying to advertise/accomplish?

Could it be possible that this "hoax" took on a life of its own? Possibly becoming a sentient being on the dream plane? The reason I ask is because I, and a couple other people I know have seen thisman before knowing what thisman is or seeing the picture.

That sounds a little spiritual, which can make me skeptical, but i do not immediately refuse the possibility. You've given us alot to think about. Edit below after one night. -- So, i didn't have a dream about him, so there's a possibility i could be wrong about the way he drew it, but this was only one night. It could still happen, of course.

I dreamt of becoming the wock myself, last time I was made of evil balloons... Usually I go to that form to try to make people lucid, or turn into a purple jaguar cub. HA! mystery solved! thanks bud, I remember that was one of the rare dreams I had which made me (at least semi) lucid! Though I totally beat you in that fight (and usually I do not fight in dreams) so I guess you must have helped me a bit there

HA! mystery solved! thanks bud, I remember that was one of the rare dreams I had which made me (at least semi) lucid! Though I totally beat you in that fight (and usually I do not fight in dreams) so I guess you must have helped me a bit there Maybe, or maybe not. I don't remember. MoSh had a couple dreams with me in it and a Jabberwocky, but that was a guy in a dragon costume. I think his name is Bob. The disregard of statistics I'd call that xD In a world in which millions of people having share thousands of similar experiences in a daily basis, and experience millions of dreams throughout their lives, we tend to be surprised about many people reporting dreaming a certain man's face. We'd have to pair this one up with the millions of reports of people dreaming with rain Still, it's interesting to see how many people dream about falling teeth or being naked in public: it appears that these universal dream signs transcend culture, so I wonder what is playing a role on them and if evolutionary psychology has taken a look at them yet.

Teeth falling out seems universal. Naked in public does, too. I wonder what people in cultures dream about that just wear a loincloth? "OMG! I was in public without my loincloth!"
