Can you change your appearance in real life due to lucid dream?

Hi! I am a new user and I have always been interested in Lucid Dreams. Let me explain why I am asking this question and can't try myself yet. I hadn't even heard of it one year ago but I usually used to understand that I was lucid. This happened only several times and year passed and I haven't had lucid dream, but it's two weeks since I've been trying to lucid dream and also performing reality checks. So I haven't tried it myself.

So, how do you think, can you change your appearance (hair color/eye color etc) in REAL life due to lucid dreaming? by telling your subconscious or in other way? I read it on one forum and I wonder it.

      Thanks.

I don't think so...this is reality, dream is a fantasy.
I think to change something from higher dimension(while out of body) down to physical world is not possible too. I mean, I know how to fly, how to go through walls, how to make my body to shine - aura I think... but nothing of that function in physical world. To change color of your eyes, hair and so on, you would need to change your DNA...

Most people would be surprise but yes there is a way to change your appearance however it is not by Lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is simply being aware that you are in a dream or some may say you wake up in the dream. What you want to do is wake up in the physical body instead of waking up in a dream. I don't believe we are the subconscious , I believe we are only consciousness, the subconscious is the brain. The subconscious controls things like our nerves or when we sleep our subconscious breaths for us. Instead of lucid dreaming you want to learn how to truly control your physical body and controlling every aspect of it meaning no help from the subconscious. The subconscious use to control your dreams but you consciously change that. The same applies to the physical body only difference is that it will be in Reality. That's what I believe.

Also these are ways shown how the subconscious has effected your physical body. The brain causes you to grow in height or to grow hair or finger nails. All you have to do is be more conscious of your physical body to take control of those parts that the subconscious holds. For waking life most people start out at Gamma frequency which is 30 HZ which is needed to be aware of this Reality. I believe if a person is able to take more control of their frequency and increase it you'll be more conscious of your physical body and this Reality than you are now and I mean by doing it natural without the effects of chems or binaural beats that alter perception.

I think maybe we can. I think eye color would probably be the easiest to change. I may have changed my eye color through magick, or it may have been due to puberty. My eyes used to be medium to dark brown, and now they are a very yellowish sometimes greenish hazel.

Appearance is not what you want to change. You want to change perception. You can make people percieve you as different. A short person can be percieved as having great stature. That is more important than being tall. A meek person can cause others to percieve them as brave. These kinds of changes can be practiced and created in lucid dream state and then practiced and created in lucid waking state. Ordinary looking girls can be perceived as radiant and desirable. These traits come from within.
