Thread: item from my dream

I have no idea what this means, but what an amazing thing to have happen! I have heard alot about the Law of Attraction and the Power of Intention . . . the ability to manifest things to the physical plane with your thoughts . . . I have experienced this sort of thing (not bringing something forth from a dream, but thinking about/visualizing something and having it actually happen) . . . I know it involves your subconscious mind and I'm wondering if possibly an image from a dream could manifest to the physical plane also. Of course this is an amazing example if it manifested immediately from the dream . . . but just a thought . . .

The only thing I find when I wake up is the occasional puddle of drool on my pillow.

I hate that lol. Waking up to any liquid that wasn't there before is not pleasant.

I'm interested to hear more about the ring after you've had it looked at properly.

Can you guys imagine this story on Antique's Roadshow? Ummm...yes I was given this ring by an angel....lol...worth: priceless

can you take another photo of it ? i think that maybe the wring was ment for you, does it even fit your husband ? you should wear it to sleep and look at it in dream.

I have heard of things manifesting before. In fact, I've heard of things manifesting with much more mass than your ring. There was a story about a man who was rescued from a snow storm by a guy with a tow truck. He would have frozen to death if the guy hadn’t come to rescue him. Once he was towed to town, he went inside the station for a moment, then came out to thank the guy. The guy was gone and so was any evidence of his ever existing, i.e., no tracks in the snow, no record of the guy at the company, etc. etc.

Well as i see it if you brek down the ring into its components you get the gold and all the gemstones.

Then if you break down those items you get the elements involved. gold for gold (naturaly ) carbon for diamonds etc.

Further brekdown brings you to atoms

Lastly breaking down atoms brings you to energy.

Its at this point that something else is also springs from; Thoughts are a form of energy.

The question now is what is stopping a thought from your subconsious form re-arranging energy into atoms then into elements then into gemstones and gold then into a ring???

Those angels may have guided your subconsious to make that ring.

youre not the only one to have experienced something like this *granted what you say is true*

of course you can't prove anything, these experiences are entirely personal and hold personal meanings and value

many years ago, one of my friends, from what I understood was agnostic - generally going on the belief there was no after life or angels or what not.

but one night she had a vivid dream - of - a game character. yes, a game character. the game character came to visit her. she said the game character was life like, and he has black angel wings. while in the dream, she believed, "oh my God, you're real!" because he was so fleshy, so life like

when she woke up, there was a black feather on her bed, which totally freaked the hell out of her. from how she described it years ago, it was like her mind believed in something so much, it manifested. she did take a photo of the feather she found - it was huuuuge

of course, I can't give any proof that she wasn't pulling one over her friends.

guys, this thread is dead lol. There's been no follow up so it didn't happen like said. I was really hoping we'd here more from the ring lady though

Heh, nice try. However matter (atoms) and energy is completely different. Also considering to make up any molecules would require differen't atoms which require differen't ammounts of neutrons etc. So creating gold out of AIR would be impossible. However, with God/Angels/Heaven, anything is possible so you never know. Personally I think it is a phoney because (1) the topic starter has not responded at all to any questions that would threaten the validity of her story, (2) notice how all the pictures are blurry, very small, or have something blocking the image from a direct clean view of the ring. (Including SUNLIGHT) Though this may all may be possible, I think this one is a fake.

It sounds really cool, but seirously, it would be awesome if I went to a jewelry store right now, stole a ring, ran home, slept, then woke up the next morning with a neat story of some angel that gave it to me in my dream.

Maybe you've got the wrong 'him' I'd say if your husband doesn't recognize it, I'd re-think your assumption on who it was meant for. Go back over the dream and try and think of anyone else the angel might have been referring to. Or, it might be for someone you haven't met yet. Maybe keep it on you just in case 'he' shows up one day, looking for his ring

If this happened then it's cool. I don't think there would be a way to prove it other than taking your word for it. I was reading a book about dream yoga by Namkai Norbu and when he was a teenager he had a dream where a guardian of the dharma being handed him a scroll. When he awoke it was still in his hand. He gave it to his Master. Namkai Norbu doesn't lie. So I believe that the ring could've happened. If that happened to me I don't know if my post would make so muxh sense. It would probably be like this:

Never heard of Einstein and e=mc²? energy = matter. If this is true, than the possibility of changing your thoughts into matter is also there.

Maybe the topicstarter doesnt' really spend much time on the net, and only looked up this forum because something so special happened! (she didn't even know how to upload pics). The pics kinda suck big time tho, somehow she managed to make the whole picture sharp, except the ring, which is very very blurry, in each picture!

Anyway, it would be pretty cool if this was possible, but I don't believe anything at all before I see it myself. Therefor, I also want to see for myself that it is not possible. I'll keep trying to take something from my dream to rl each time I wake up, it's not like it takes any effort.

What a great story & 5 stars. I would just like to add that I tried this same exact thing coincidentally the other night with rocks and grass. I study at an energy mastery school now so I intuitively merged my own signature with the grass and rocks with in the dreamscape and then wish to awaken. Sure enough I jumped from the dreamscape to my bed with the same grass and rocks clutched in my hand while laying down in the same position I was in before I went to sleep. Thought I'd share -namaste <3

If that's true, it's something you could do again, on video.

Lol. Thread wasn't closed and related to something I experienced so it can go back to sleep if it wants to. :-) As far as documention goes absolutely I'm all for that. If I show a video of rocks and grass that would not be very telling... Yes??? But If I bring back a Gem ( diamond) how likely am I to dig that up out of the ground. The type of objects brought back make for interesting demonstrations regarding dream overlap. -namaste

Well if the rocks and grass weren't in your bed before, presumably you'd be able to record a video of them appearing from thin air.

Oh, and you say you can bring back gems? Then how about bringing some back and sending one to me? I think that would be reasonable proof, as an Internet troll probably wouldn't send some random person a valuable gem just to maintain credibility.

Speaking of valuable things, do you think you have what it takes to win a million dollars?

So If you really want to prove something like this to yourself go in with an open (skeptical mind) and try it out yourself. If it doesn't work for you atleast you'll know with in yourself that you were right all along. Maybe you have tried all ready and failed I don't know your lucid dream experience. As far as your experiment proposal goes I would say Anything you put on camera can be manipulated into making people think something is real when it's really not. The best way you demonstrate this is to have a rare object in your possession photo graph or video record then have a third party authenticate the object. If one were to come up with rare objects, doesn't even have to be diamonds could be rare metals like Osmium or Rhenium, if one could produce with consistency with third party verification & documention then that I think would be a better objective observation of dream overlap in regards to bringing objects back from the dream. -namaste We can talk further in private about this if you like no trolling style.
