Anyone have weird things happen after SP?

Hey everyone, I don't know if someone has posted something about this before... but has anyone had any weird reactions after attempting or getting into sleep paralysis? any physical ones or otherwise?

Before going into SP I always hear a weird cracking sound, then i find myself emerged in full sleep paralysis. The cracking sound is a bit like a whip cracking or like the sound Dobby from Harry Potter makes when he is apparating or disapparating. Afterwards its pretty regular for me though.

Oops, I meant if anything was different the next morning, not immediately after getting into SP.

So if someone gets into SP, then the next morning do they notice any physical/non-physical reactions out of the ordinary?

Could you explain the reactions a little more? For me I don't feel anything out of the ordinary when I wake up after SP, I just get up and go about my normal business. I had SP last night and my day has been great so far.

I have had some pretty bizarre physical reactions to dreams, lucids, SP, or OBE.

For example if I'm in SP for a reeeaaaally long time (think 10-20 minutes which in that state is an eternity) struggling to get out I wake up and feel totally exhausted and horrible.

I have had other very bizarre happenings in other states of consciousness and I will end up with my sense of equilibrium being screwed up for a day or two. Things will be spinning for hours. Sometimes I will feel high as a kite for a couple of days--not just an emotional high but a physiological high. I honestly have no idea how those things happen or why they do or how to explain them.

I've woken up from nightmares with blood on my pillow...presumably from biting my tongue or cheek, I don't know. I have to be careful with my hands when I go to bed because I've dug my fingernails into my hands and made them bleed when sleeping before.

Yes strange things do happen, like the other night I was getting stable memory impressions and felt very strong vibrations and knew I was about to enter sleep paralysis then all of a sudden something hit me on the head. It didn't surprise me but that is the first time I have felt something tactile. Normally I jst hear things.
