Thanks for taking an interest and for the advice! I used to do that but I have lapsed, too much to do when I get up, dream diary somewhere low down there on the list. You are right though.

I noticed you said you forget what happened in your dreams, twice. It would be extremely helpful if you keep a dream journal beside your bed and jot down your dreams immediately upon waking.

Smudge don't call it rubbish...for one thing that'd mean mine was and i'ma trying to be positive...as they say it is what it is...
