I'm going to try to get back to posting my DJ's at least occasionally. No frills, just raw from my DJ (but with sexual spoilers and color added). Reverse order memory/recall (from end of experience, working backwards for transitions). End: I recite my full name and address with so much ease that I think for a second could I be awake in bed...no, I can still see the store I'm robbing. I do think for a second earlier in this scene, is there any way that because my dream image might look quite a bit like my waking self that someone in the store could report me, thinking along the lines of how Robert Waggoner believes that there may be other people in your dreams but I quickly dismiss that and it's a dream anyway so who would report something done in a dream especially something that causes no harm in the (real) world. Obviously I was getting a little bit off track and my lucidity was being challenged a little bit. Rob store, closing, darkish. So when I first was kind of pulled towards the store after flying outside in the rain at night I see at the store is somewhat dark like they're getting ready to close and I get the idea to see what it feels like to rob the store and I summon a gun and say give me all the money and there are two different cash registers counting money and they start piling the money up on the counter. It's not as fun as I thought it could be but of course I knew it was a dream and the money is meaningless. It went rather slow and boring, they put the money together matter-of-factly and I asked for a bag to put it in and I got one of those plastic grocery bags. I thought about summoning a big canvas bag but lost interest. Prior: Flying outside in the rain!! with 2 ladies. I think about how I hardly ever experienced rain in my lucid dreams and I relish the fact but I wouldn't say that the rain felt super realistic. I definitely got the sound and the visuals very realistically but not so much the water patterning off my skin. Dream pulling me where to fly. Prior: Left 3 story bank building party. flying up out of house and thinking oh the ceiling again, set my expectation and got it (used to fly through ceiling as if it weren't even there without void)

but despite feeling some weak attempts from my brain to tell me that I'm waking and feeling parts of my bed, I say not so fast and immediately feel my feet dragging along and then lifting off the bed. I knew it!...and felt a little pride. Before the ceiling phase through which seems most like it was involuntarily, I caught two FA's in my bedroom. One involved dream recall and pulling out my earplugs and noticing my ears still feel plugged and after at first thinking my ear plugs did my ears some harm thus still feeling plugged, then found that I could pull out another pair of earplugs and realized I was dreaming. And the other false Awakening I walked up to my sink and open the drawer to get a Q-tip and found that the drawer was completely empty and realized I was dreaming again. <<Beginning of Lucid period for night.

Shorter LD where I am in a lady's locker room and I am basically invisible through expectation that I won't get any reaction. I create a soft pad of grass (maybe not entirely intentionally and maybe why it worked so well) to lay on inside the locker room and just relax and enjoy the beauty and variety of the female form.

I realized I am condensing my DJ entries down too much recently making them a bad read so going back to a more free flowing entry here. ~610am Wake from longish LD string. Work meeting scene. The board member shouldn't need to take video. CW there. I have a headache (bleeding through from IWL?) and massage my temples. Next memory is FA caught by "record skipping" FA. I am arriving to the wake up sensation at least 3 times in quick succession each lasting about the amount of time it takes for a vinyl record to rotate once...and repeating like a skipping record! I get up out of bed happy to have received this gift in this FA. As I make my way through the house with visuals not perfect I get the partial visual of my sleep mask covering my face as I walk, and I rip it off and throw it behind me. As I get to the front door I see there is a note on an index card by the door. I pause for a moment thinking if I'm awake I don't want to open the store and leave it open or unlocked putting my family security at risk so I better RC. I start to do the finger through palm and as it shows I'm awake I realize how inconsistent that one is and just look at both my hands but focus on my left one where one of my middle two fingers was noticeably longer than IWL . I grabbed the note by the door and start to read it but then look down what looks like an apartment building hall and the note is narrated to me in what is supposed to be my wife's voice saying "today is the day to bring out the garbage."(which it is!) I float fly through multiple halls and it is completely barren so far. I quickly peek over an overlook down to the floor below me hoping to catch a DC down there but it is also barren. I fly down to the lower floor and explore a little bit finding what looks like a door to the outside and when I open it it is a bright sunny summer day. I look across a big grassy open park-like area and see a building on the other side of it with lots of DC's gathered inside but starting to come out. I dump off all my clothes feeling free and fly their way thinking about what kind of reactions I might get. I approach a couple of young women and start to interact with them telling them it's time to remove their dresses but I seem to be too much inside my head thinking about something and the visuals fade but I do not fear waking up but rather hang on for the visuals to come back. (Something I am getting better and better at and following Sageous' suggestion to avoid following the more common path back to your sleeping body-NREM thread, possibly NREM reality check thread). During this quiet time in a void I reflect on the fact that I didn't get to any competition goals. The visuals eventually come back and I soon have a vivid sunny summertime scene again but this time it seems like I'm at of family reunion. I'm looking around at all of the DC's enjoying this vivid beautiful world and I look over to my right and see my grandmother who passed away several years ago sitting down and I go to greet her. It is so wonderful to see you I tell her as we each clasped the others hands facing each other. It's so feels like her hands warm and wrinkly! (I am choking up while reliving this lucid moment while transcribing this dream!) I asked her to hold on a moment and I release her hands since I use a certain motion of my hands as part of my recall of goals. I think of my mnemonic (memory) pegs and peg number 1 brings me to time control, stopping time. I know my trusty pocket watch with amazing time control is in my right hand and I start clicking it while looking around. At first it is not doing anything very much like the very first time I used this. I eventually get the DC's to freeze in time!..and they unfreeze as I release the "clicker." I play around with it a little bit more and then think about peg number 2 and decide to skip it and go to peg number 3. Neither 2 nor 3 are part of my 3 step task anyway only peg 1 then peg 6 and 8. I grabbed a football that is being thrown around and say check this out. I punt the ball with super strength way up into the sky and out of sight! Cool! I look back over at my grandmother and just behind her and to the right is my grandfather who passed away quite a number of years ago and who I thought about last time I thought about my grandmother and how I haven't been seeing him in my dreams. This time he is there!..but he starts morphing a little bit maybe looking more like his younger self when he was a teenager and then a boy! I grasp my grandmother's hands again realizing I should have spent more time in the dream with her asking her questions I'm saying what kind of responses I might get. The dream starts to fade. I hold on again and I arrive outside of a room indoors it's a little bit dark, dimly lit. There is a young black boy in the room and I walk in there and ask him what does he represent? He only says there's someone over here and I follow him around and out of the room and sitting on the bench is a short humanoid creature that looks like a weird boy, a little bit stocky with a large-ish head with dark short thick hair and black eyes. I asked him what it represents and try not to get freaked out by his unusual appearance and I realize I can wake up if I want to but I don't remember making the decision to. Either way I wake up for good this time. I think reading a couple of dream journals of other competition participants may have helped me recognize the false awakening at the beginning. One person, I forget who, was talking about some kind of incongruity being a common dream sign as a dream tries to adjust and readjust to fit the situation. Also maybe the same person or someone else mentioned how they handled a false awakening by quickly getting up and doing an RC when normally I would try to do a motionless RC but maybe I need to be more aggressive like I was when I noticed my FA and immediately took off.

7/30 11-130 dream related to dream tracking and DJ / discussing how I will use alarm app with developer and when starting / beach town & hills / 4-430 wbtb LD! Office rolling stool - I am pushing this short rectangular stool on its rollers around some office halls. A lady is rolling her chair as well ahead of me but is a little bit slow and I make a move to go around her. The direction I went was a little bit of a long way so I have to speed up to make it worth it haha. At some point I realize that I'm making it hard on myself pushing this short stool around and I just pick it up and it is quite light. There's this beautiful brunette lady that tells me to grab one of these other kinds of chairs as well. I ask her if she is here to help me get set up in my office. I look closely at her face and feeling bold I tell her that her eyes are beautiful and I have one of my boldness initiated lucids that I was having commonly a few months back and I was reading about in my dream journal last night when I was looking to see thedifferent things I did when I would hit a little dry streak. Anyway, I told her this is a dream and you and I can have sex right here in the middle of the office all right now. I realize that I should be doing my first step for the competition and I'm trying to remember what it is and I finally think of mass telekinesis even though that was actually step 2. I feel the dream going dark not unlike the void but I don't think it was a DEILD and I just remain patient to stabilize and the sounds start coming back up and it sounds like I'm in the same place with lots of people around talking but when I look up expecting to see the beautiful brunette I get sidetracked and I get ready to pull my junk out and I look up and see my nephew and leave my junk covered. I think about doing one of my challenges to lucidity but decided to move on and went around the corner. I saw a black haired guy and thought maybe I can change him into the beautiful brunette in the hall (inspired by CanisLucidus' technique to summon Dreamer). I did my circular hand movement in front of his face that I planned to do for another task - not unlike a wizard or witch might do - and I get changes with each try. The first two times he just looks like a different guy but the third time he looks like a cute if somewhat tomboyish brunette girl with short hair. I hope this counts for some points because I didn't get many points going here. I start to refocus on my competition goals but perhaps I should have kept doing something at the same time because I fade gently back to bed and thought maybe I could re-enter the dream but I found myself fully waking up and ended up having to get up after running through the dream in my head to lock it into memory just in case. / record player playing a recording of something that I didn't want played related to a mistake at work. I was trying to carefully move the record needle to a different place on the record but the lever that you would normally put your finger on was very small and it was difficult to pick it up for fear of scratching the record. / ~645 sex with AB - I'm in an upstairs bedroom talking to AB from work and as I walk out of the room and start heading down the stairs I realize that she was looking at me in a flirty way...I'm dreaming...I decided to go back up the stairs into the room and she had already removed all her clothes. I asked her if she was touching with herself and she bashfully said yes. I reach down there and she is moist. We fool around quite a bit and I am getting ready to stick it in her mouth when I wake up. Possibly a false awakening as I don't remember doing an RC before going into my next dream. / dream discussing an idea for dehydrating then reconstitute for easier delivery (nothing related to my field of work).

Clearly I am letting sex get in the way of my plan for getting some points in the competition. Recall is improved with some lucids in between.

5/1/14* I remember thinking that I got #140, so waking memory was present in several spots during the night hinting at some good self awareness in spots including waking memory of a recent event in the last few weeks, but for the life of me I can't bring back the whole LD, just the "outline" of it. Usually I have no problem remembering LDs (unless I have forgotten a lot more than I realize) but on a few occasions in the past I have had the feeling that I had an LD during the night and then it would all come flowing back to me, remembering the details. This one must have fell into a false awakening I am thinking because of the recall issue and if I actually woke up from the dream I am sure I would have recalled more. All I know is that I was in a work environment when I noticed something weird and realized that I was dreaming. I remember taking off flying and ending up in a void and flying different directions while trying to imagine a new scene and at some point I was thinking that I got to LD #140. That's all I can remember for now. The other waking memory was of someone who left my company a few weeks ago and in the dream I realized that he no longer worked there but the dreaming mind created the scenario that he was just visiting. I even thought about whether or not I could get in trouble for letting him be in the building but seeing that other authorities saw him as well, I decided that it must be fine. Also interesting to me is that all 3 of the people have "g" sounds in their first names. In another dream(?) in work scenario "S" from office was pointing out why a particular request couldn't go out yet due to (bc) not being completed and that made complete sense in the dream and IWL reality. Other dreams include some self-surgery on the bottom of my toe, impatient with the doctor who had another patient in the room - a naked woman being examined. I removed too much tissue. Another dream I was on a spinning amusement park ride that was indoors and spinning quite fast with lots of "G's." For some reason I had the idea that FryingMan was on the ride as well and I remember joking around that "we're all gonna die!" like something was wrong with the ride and I remember one guy's face looking very concerned and I just laughed. At the end of the ride, the girl behind me was with another guy but she was touching my arm behind the cover of part of the ride in an intentional flirty way. I also saw a college couple having sex and the particulars gave a strong indication that this scene came about due to incubation. 140

10/23* indoor sports again. This time indoor soccer I scored a goal vs 2 other players but they said no it didn't go in I say but wait the ball won't even fit all the way inside the small goal and I demonstrated that it went in through the front of the goal just couldn't go all the way in because the goal was too small. Now if it came from the side hit the post or side netting then I would not have counted it.
Huge game bureau or cabinet I remember there was a ping pong drawer which probably has ping pong balls in it and to the right of that was a drawer with a change machine, a way to get change I assume for any games that require coin operation there were other drawers labeled as well. This bureau became my wife's grandmother's bureau of stuff. She's close to passing away in waking life. Inside there are stacks of 1 yen bills on one of the shelves and my wife says yes there's like ten thousand yen in there. The stacks look uncirculated and perhaps in sequential order . Supposedly they're from the 70's. I tell my wife that they're worth more than that probably. My wife tells her mother and my son who is sitting on a couch facing away from the Bureau says shhh, she will spend it all. I think hmm is my son worried about inheritance? My wife tells her mother and her mother points to a zip lock bag full of a couple of wads of euros. My wife says no
the yen's. I wake up.
Fragment: perhaps a false memory of a break in to the back area of a garage. The house is different, a ranch style home but the garage is on the left like IWL. I wake up lying in bed thinking about why some short term memories come through to our dreams? And how some dreams are influenced by that very day's events. I wonder if it could be like one theory holds that dreams are part of the filing away of memories process. Perhaps during the filing away of the memory it gets included in our dream. That day I was watching a news story about a neighborhood that was having a lot of burglaries but the culprits were caught on surveillance camera.
I guess this would be a fragment because I do not remember how the dream started but I have a sneaking suspicion that I was lucid or semi-lucid before becoming lucid at the end. A guy and myself are escaping from group of pursuers and he is leading the way we come into some kind of warehouse and he walks up to a wall and it becomes a device that looks kind of like an elevator he pushes a buttonthe door opens I look inside and there are golden grid lines in an otherwise black void I follow him inside the door closes behind us and I wonder if anyone else got through that was chasing us. I realize I am dreaming as I seem to be zooming through space or perhaps a wormhole at very high speed and then all the sudden I'm shaken and I am just sitting there in a void of black, the shake and perhaps also the starkness of the surrounding is probably what woke me up and I'm back in bed.
