Choi's Journey of the Conscious Mind

Here I write down my attempts and experiences from my nightly experiences (lucid dreams, Obe's and APing)

It sometime might look like I am trying to sell out my techniques, so I apologize for that. But it's just my way of writing it in order to motivate myself.

I personally hate "BEST TECHNIQUE THREADS" or technique threads at all for that matter, because I allways seem to put all my confidence and belief in the technique, but when I try it and fail I just blame myself... Instead of learning it my own way and put the confidence and believe in myself.

You can of course still read about techniques and methods, but just see them as guidelines and not bullet proof science. Believe me it's easy to get into that mindset.
And by the way, even science can be prooved wrong ;)

So be crtical while reading this.. I just hope that you learn from my experience the same way I have learned from others like:

Enjoy!

Before bed I did used the elbow-sleeping mask method :D to try too see weird images, and at first it was just black, and as usual I got to the point where I feel like I want to give up, because it's booring, but I resisted it!
So I laid there for some more minutes, and suddenly I saw a cloud shaped lightblue colour, infront of me. I started to almost hear some sounds as well. I started to think random thoughts like "It's in the sink." and I aknowledged that, but then the boredom of something convinced me to stop..
I am going to keep pracctising this, because at least it's more fun than just laying still and thinking stuff. Anyway shortly after this I fell asleep.

I were in a sportshall with my class, my history teacher was there, and for some reason we had our lesson in that room. I remembered that I felt free for a second and I started to do levitating sidelfips, so I become more aware. Then we were going to do highjumps. But I didn't know the technique so I just did the parkour technique "lazy".
Then out teacher told us to get a paper she had given us. She pointed out that it was a really important paper, and we couldn't get a new one. I couldnät find mine! So I borrowed my friend Johan's paper and I took a snapshot of it with my Iphone, but I couldn't see the text because it was too dark.

Then my EILD message, woke me up.. I had set it too loud.
